What I mean is not being solely focused on scaling machines, infrastructure, headcount, revenue, etc. These things are crucial to any organization and product, but my passion and focus are building technology that can scale the capital within humans. There is a Secret Sauce naturally present in everyone, and my goal is to extract it. Product success to me means your solution impacts the bottom line of people, not measured in their ability to scale your product but in your product's ability to scale their success. The personal challenges I have faced and successfully overcame have provided me with the tools and lessons I now use to mentor others.
